With eleven years of commercial real estate experience, Serrano aims to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate for his clients.
Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Serrano developed and marketed warehouses in Miami and served as President as CEO of Vartex Enterprises and Shanghai USA Trade, in the business of exporting and wholesaling tires worldwide with branches in Bogota, Colombia and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
