Eve has lived in St. Petersburg for thirteen years and has sold St. Petersburg real estate for the last eight. She brings a strong background in sales and marketing to her position, having worked with IBM in marketing management for many years. Eve earned the distinction of being awarded the Honor Society in 2011 and Silver Award in 2012 and is a member of a top team in her office based on her 2012 attainment.
Eve is married to Felix and has two children, Matt,an Army infantryman and Jennifer, a Naval Intelligence officer . Matt has recently married Victoria, and they newlyweds are living in Lacey, Washington. Eve is also involved in the community, participating in board positions at a Tampa Preparatory School and in her Homeowners Association. She teaches test preparation part time for Kaplan including for the MCAT, LSAT, GRE, GMAT and SAT. Additionally Eve interviews candidates for Duke University during each admissions season.
