I have extensive experience with owner contracts, short sales, bank owned foreclosures and REO's,preforeclosures,manufactured homes, acreage properties,horse properties, and work with both sellers and buyers in all price ranges. I also have extensive experience with mortgage lending and can help you find the right mortgage banker or lender to help finance your next purchase. I have owned investment properties in the past as well and have extensive experience buying and selling homes. I have sold homes and have helped buyers purchase properties in all five counties in the Portland Metro area including Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Yamhill, and Columbia.
