I have been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and enjoy working with people. My friends like to say that “I am a people person”. Markets have historically been cyclical and always rebound; however I have never experienced a market that has damaged the long term financial well being of homeowners as the market has today. This is a time when Realtor’s must step up and provide the expertise necessary to help our clients either keep their homes or move forward to salvage their credit.
As the market changes I continue to look for new ways to help homeowners that are in financial distress. I view my success as a result for my continued quest for knowledge, commitment to learning, a love for people, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
