Olga Alexakos

An accomplished and highly regarded broker, Olga Alexakos has been practicing real estate in Manhattan since 1993. Prior to joining Keller Williams NYC as a Senior Vice President, she worked at other top New York City firms, including Prudential Douglas Elliman and Brown Harris Stevens.

Recognized in the industry for the unparalleled, client-centric service she provides, Olga has won many awards for her sales performance. With a Ph.D. in Economics from The New School for Social Research, a B.A. in
Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York, and an extensive background in urban analysis and real estate marketing, Olga has refined her skills and expertise over the more than 18 years she has been selling and renting premium properties in Manhattan. Her love of architecture, design and history find ample expression in her work. She is as intimately at home with selling historical buildings, such as the 185 Lafayette Street converted firehouse as she is with selling in the 21st century masterpieces by celebrated architects of our times, such as Richard Meier’s West Perry Condominium and Charles Gwathmey’s Astor Place Tower.

A resident of Manhattan, Olga fell in love with New York upon arriving here as a student from her native Greece in the 1970s, and continuous to draw inspiration from the city’s demanding versatility and dynamism. She is an active member of her Greenwich Village community, as well as the arts and business life of the city.
