Hi, I’m Linda Lutz and I love Lee’s Summit! I live and work in Lee’s Summit and can’t think of anyplace (without an ocean) that I’d rather be. When we moved to LS in 1975, there were about 18,000 residents. Sonic and Johnny Ray’s were the only fast food restaurants and the Piggly Wiggly was the closest grocery. We’ve come a long way, baby!
As a long-time Lee’s Summit resident, I am the go-to gal for buying a home here. I’m lucky enough to have the assistance of my husband, Kurt, who is a banker and realtor and my daughter, Mallory, who is also a realtor and my IT director. So when you choose to work with me, you get the knowledge and wisdom of Kurt and the youthful exuberance of Mallory.

Along with selling real estate, I’m also a wife and mother of four (Zach, Caleb, Mallory and Jake). My husband, Kurt, works for Hawthorn Bank but maintains his real estate license. We currently live in Winterset Park but have lived in Lakewood on the north side of the city, Braeside Park in the old downtown area; on the east side and now on the west side so we know the city well. Our kids have gone through the schools, we’ve been involved with the Chamber and Rotary Club and we truly love being a part of this community.
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals of buying and selling their homes and getting on with living their lives. I admit I am mildly obsessed with all things house and home and living in Lee’s Summit. I believe there is a powerful correlation between our homes and our happiness.
