Founding member of Keller Williams NYC Associate Broker for the Bracha Group Natalie Baghdadi is a native New Yorker who grew up in Staten Island and Brooklyn among a close-knit group of family, relatives and friends.
Although Natalie and her family relocated to sunny south Florida when she was 12 years old, she knew she'd return to New York one day.
She did just that, moving back to Brooklyn after a couple of years of undergraduate studies in Florida. Natalie continued her education at the prestigious Baruch College located in the heart of Manhattan, graduating with top honors and a BBA degree in Marketing Management.
Considering a career in law, but keeping her options open, she accepted and excelled in a summer internship at ABC Sports television. Natalie's savvy business sense, outgoing personality and superior management skills impressed her superiors and colleagues and execs offered her a full-time production position. Her life path seemed to be leading her into the field of Broadcast Communications, but fate intervened when corporate buyouts in her division outsourced to another city.
Upon encouragement from a relative, Natalie obtained her real estate license. Ready to take on Manhattan real estate as a novice broker, she was offered a position as an executive assistant to one of Manhattan's most world-renown and privately-owed development groups.
Seizing the opportunity to learn the in's and out's of luxury leasing, Natalie accepted the position and worked onsite at several of New York City's luxury rental buildings. Within a few short years, Natalie's stellar reputation spread throughout the industry and she worked for other major Manhattan development firms, managing onsite staff, sales and leasing of luxury apartments units and liaising with outside vendors and clients.
Her primary focus: To ensure smooth and seamless transactions between all parties and provide extraordinary customer service.
Through her contacts, she met Ilan Bracha and Ilan, recognizing her exemplary skills, offered her the position of Associate Broker of the Bracha Group. Natalie's passion for working with the "best in the business," knew that The Bracha Group and Keller Williams New York City exemplified that desire.
She's been inspired by several mentors throughout her career but attributes her mother as the most influential person in her life--a strong, open-minded woman whose integrity, values and great common sense motivates her to be the best she can be.
In her spare time, Natalie manages to get in some "me time" with regular workouts, yoga classes and swimming. Known by her friends as a social butterfly, she entertains at her home, showing off her culinary skills and has an avid interest in Manhattan's social scene--from trying new restaurants and hotspots to attending cultural events.
Natalie's extensive experience in real estate and intuitive nature has earned her a reputation as a power broker and her energetic, giving spirit makes her one of our most valuable team members.

Natalie lives in Brooklyn, with plans to relocate to Manhattan in the near future.
