I started in Real Estate in 2000 and joined a team at RE/Max as a buyer's agent for one year, went on my own and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006. I then started my own brokerage called ExSell Realty in 2007 until Jan 1 of this year when I fell in love with the Keller model and was offered the Team Leader postion. Love it.
