Ricardo has been a Sarasota area resident for 31 years and has a unique understanding of the Sarasota and Manatee areas. Ricardo is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida. Ricardo is also a Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified Agent. Ricardo is a member of the Sarasota Board of REALTORS®, as well as the State of Florida and National Board of REALTORS®. Ricardo continues his personal educational development and is currently seeking a Masters Degree in International Relations.
