I worked for several companies in my career in office management and customer service, from building materials to medical devices, and it didn’t matter as much about what the product was, as was the goal: my customers were happy with the service, support and problem resolution I provided.
Oddly enough, I began my real estate career in 2005 as an unlicensed assistant, studied and earned my Associate Broker’s license in 2006 at the beginning of the market’s decline. I reasoned that it was a perfect time to learn even more. I earned my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute Designations.
