When I first got married and moved to San Diego from San Francisco in 1996, I saw a great opportunity in Real Estate market. When I compared how affordable and how much more house you get compare with up north, great opportunities came to mind. Since my husband was finishing his internship in Doctorate of pharmacy we couldn't really afford to buy anything, so we became renters for two years. I personally hated writing those checks every month, I felt like throwing money way each time. In early 1999 the market was moving a little and we didn't want to loose the opportunity, so we borrowed our first down payment and bought a condo in UTC. Two years later as the market kept climbing we traded our condo for a house in Carmel Valley ( What a gold mine). and as that one kept appreciating we traded that house for a much bigger one in the same neighborhood. This is when I decided to get into the business and put my experiences to work for me. I'm very lucky to be part of Keller Williams Realty. I have learned so much about how to help my clients. I spend two years educating myself about how to help and service my clients. Which has set me apart from my competition...
