- Kevin Street grew up in Hamilton & joins KW with 19 years of experience listing and selling homes on the N Shore. He is a 3rd generation real estate broker.
- He obtained his Salesperson’s License in February of 1992 and then his Broker’s License in May of 2001. Early in his career he obtained his Certified Buyers Representative designation through course offerings at the Massachusetts Assoc. of Realtors.
- Managing a successful real estate office in Hamilton from 1994 through 2010 Kevin has earned President’s, Platinum & Gold Awards for the successes he had brought to his customers, clients and sales team.
- His philosophy for helping those with their real estate needs is to first be a good listener, respectful of client goals and to execute their wishes as their problem solver. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled & integrity driven.
- Kevin is a lifetime resident of the N shore residing in Essex with his wife Joan of 22 years. He is an active boater in the summer months and chases the snow into the VT ski hills and throughout New England in winter.
