I started in real estate as an investor in 2003. I quickly learned that timing was everything, and I did not want to wait for my Realtor to send me hot leads, so I studied and earned my Realtor's license in 2004. It was not until 2006 when I felt a calling to help other people with their real estate needs. In July 2006 I left my position as the sales manager for a yellow pages publisher and went full time into real estate sales. It was an exciting time to be a Realtor. One year later the market started changing for the worse and I quickly recognized that it was time to adapt to a changing market or find another job. With the foreclosure crisis growing exponentially, I quickly studied foreclosures and short sales. This real estate market has fast tracked my experience and wisdom as a Realtor. I have represented many banks and asset management companies in the foreclosure market and help numerous homeowners avoid foreclosure and spare their credit with a short sale.
