Cynthia Lopez was born in Albuquerque, NM and moved to Las Cruces when she was two years old so that her dad could open up his private medical practice. She attended NMSU where she studied to become an Industrial Engineer. It was more than halfway through college that Cynthia knew that she wanted to become a real estate agent. She first sold real estate in Southern California for about a year before she moved back to NM and sold real estate in Albuquerque for about 4 years. While in Albuquerque Cynthia worked for two different Home Builders selling out over 4 entire communities! She sold Luxury townhomes, homes near the University, 3 story live/work units right in the heart of Downtown, and homes in a beautiful master planned community located in Rio Rancho, NM.
Cynthia moved back to Las Cruces in 2009 giving her the opportunity to finish her degree and work as a local realtor. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering in May of 2010 but has decided to stay with real estate because she knows that it is her true passion. Cynthia has branched out from regular residential real estate and also specializes in Foreclosures, Short Sales, Bed & Breakfasts, New Homes and Senior Living.
Activities include: Reading, Golfing, Working Out, Spending time with her Son Austin, Traveling, Being a Socialite and attending the latest functions, just to name a few.
