Mike Bishop has been in the real estate business for over 34 years. He is an REO Broker and President of The Bishop Team which was formed over the past 9 years. Mike has acquired many assets through numerous banks that assign foreclosed properties to be monitored and listed and then sold. He is known for working primarily with Foreclosures in the Central Valley of California and has formed professional relationships with numerous Banks and Asset Management Companies.
For The Bishop Team it is our goal to meet strict timeline to understand and complete all of the expectations that the Banks and Asset Management providers demand. We strive to improve and follow procedures as set by each company to excel in getting the job done. As a team, we are assigned a property from the Asset Manager's and Banks, then we are responsible in getting the property on the market, repairing it, pricing it, and then closing it. This process keeps us very busy, we live it, breath it, we do it 7 days a week. Our focus is, making sure the process goes smoothly, that we are within our timeline, that we have met the requirements and expectations of the Asset Manager's and Bank's needs. We have an Office Manager named Sherrie Weece who makes sure our Team is meeting the expectations in every transaction.
