I am also the ownder of CORE 1 LLC, whose sole purpose is to provide homeowners facing foreclosure with the answers, options and solutions they need to make good decisions for their family's future. And lastly, I am a managing partner of COH LLC which specializes in property rehabs, lease options and rentals.
As a result of the diversity and tenure of my experience I have witnessed first hand the great and the not so great times in our real estate market which has provided me with a unique perspective that I like sharing with all of my clients and will hopefully be able to share with you.
