Eve Benton

After years of advising in both banking and financial services, Eve pursued her passion and embarked on a career in real estate. She utilizes her listening and advisory skills to help people achieve their goals. When working with Eve, it is apparent in her approach that she realizes that each client has a unique set of needs. She earned her Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and considers herself a true city dweller. Her clients benefit from her love and familiarity of Chicago ’s diverse neighborhoods and architecture. Eve’s patience, sound work ethic and negotiating skills have proven invaluable in helping clients with their real estate decisions. Her U.S. Army National Guard experience has created an affinity to Veterans, a commitment to understanding their circumstances and assisting them with their real estate needs.

In her spare time, Eve enjoys spending time with family, reading, jogging and enjoying Chicago’s restaurants and neighborhood festivals. Additionally, she volunteers as co-facilitator for her community’s CAPS program and as treasurer for the advisory council for the local park district. She is a member of Apostolic Church of God and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
