With over 15 years of previous experience in the Hotel and Airline industries and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, customer service in my business comes first. Florida resident for the last 5 years, I relocated from New York City in 2005, where I lived for 11 years. Father of two: 14 & 11 year old boy & girl, both very active in sports (baseball and softball), family matters are very important to me. On my free time I will enjoy a good restaurant, a Baseball game, a day at Clear Water Beach and of course our world famous attractions (Walt Disney World & Universal Studios) just to mention a few.
