I served on the Professional Standards Committee for the San Diego Association of REALTORS® for 16 years. I was appointed and served as Chair of the Committee, as well. This is the Committee responsible for Ethics and Arbitration issues. Learning how to best protect a client's interest, in the Contract, is of great benefit to my clients and customers.
