Holly began her real estate career back in 1998 and quickly learned that her degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business Management was going to dramatically assist her with her real estate career. She began working with Morris and Raper Realtors, a large Atlanta based real estate firm, as the direct executive assistant to the President and Vice President as well as the liaison between upper management and 100+ real estate agents. Holly had the privilege of attending builder meetings, marketing meetings, presentations, construction meetings and was instrumental in the market studies for clients. This is where she fell in love with the real estate industry and knew that she had found her niche – new construction!
After several years with Morris and Raper Realtors Holly was hired as the Director of Operations for Ornstein Development LLC, an intown Atlanta developer. Here she learned the ins and outs of building and developing real estate and became very familiar with new construction and property conversion. Holly was responsible for direct communication with the onsite sales team, the marketing team as well as the General Contractors.
To add another notch on her belt, Holly attended and graduated XINNIX Academy, a professional mortgage banking school. Although new to lending, she became one of her branch top producers at Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation and was listed as a preferred lender on multiple Atlanta intown developments. For several years, to give back to her community, she volunteered twice a month to teach a first time home buyers course with Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Metro Fair Housing, various lenders, home inspectors and insurance agencies. Holly carried this service into her real estate sales and taught as the expert realtor on this panel.
As a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) and Realtor, Holly brings extensive industry knowledge to her builders, sellers and buyers; it is this vast array of knowledge that she credits to her smooth transactions, successful closings and exceptional recommendations.
