ROBERT MELAMED

Mr. Melamed is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in management. He has over 17 years experience in commercial real estate and retail business development and ownership.

Mr. Melamed began his career overseeing the construction of shopping centers, shopping complexes, and condominiums throughout Los Angeles and remains extremely proficient in supervising all aspects of construction, including the drawing of plans, site selection, securing financing, negotiating contracts, and leasing.

Mr. Melamed served as the Senior Vice President of The South Park Group Inc. where he was instrumental in orchestrating the company’s mission of building long term client relations, yielding higher returns on client investments, and establishing market dominance with-proactive broker cooperation. He was effective and successful in establishing a stronger market focus and utilizing a strong network of experienced real estate brokers to achieve the highest possible returns on behalf of the firm’s clients.

In February 2006 Mr. Melamed joined Remax Commercial Brokerage, one of the largest commercial brokerages in Los Angeles. His focus is on land development and apartment building brokerage in the Los Angeles area, specializing in West Los Angeles and Palm/Mar vista. As he utilizes his entrepreneurial acumen to more independently pursue his goals of providing smart commercial solutions and excellent land development opportunities.

Mr. Melamed joined KW Commercial-Brentwood as a director to focus on brokerage of Commercial properties in southern California
