Michael Shirley has sold over 5,000 re-sale properties, and new homes. In addition, Michael sold building lots and land to developers totaling more than 1 billion dollars in total sales volume since 1984.
Michael has lead his large team during his career in real estate; marketing and selling over 200 homes a year. These homes consisted of re-sale properties and Michael represented new home builders in marketing and selling new homes in multiple locations around North Metro Atlanta.
Michael has major land development experience in having developed over 12 residential communities in the North Metro Atlanta area and he has also built more than 200 new homes.
