Marketing is my passion and has turned out to be a vital part of today’s real estate market. I have a degree in Advertising from University of Missouri-Columbia which has served me well throughout the 15 years of real estate investing. I have personally bought and sold more than 150 houses. As an investor I learned all aspects of both sides of the real estate transaction. I understand what buyers go through and I understand what sellers must deal with as well.
Because I had so much experience in real estate when I took the plunge to get licensed and joined Keller Williams I quickly became a top 20% agent and was asked to participate on the Agent Leadership Council, ALC. The Keller Williams profit share program is an unbelievable opportunity for all agents. I am blessed to have amazing agents partner with me on my team. I was awarded the 2010 Rookie of the Year Award, Most Listings for a Team and Top Dollar Listing for a Team awards.
Investing introduced me to the world of Short Sales before most agents had ever heard of the term and I quickly became passionate about saving homeowners from foreclosure. It is challenging and rewarding— much like real estate in general only with a whole lot more effort! Being able to communicate the necessary information to distressed homeowners in a compassionate manner has become an art for me.
Education is very important to me to maintain an edge on competition and I have completed BOLD and am in Mastery Coaching with Keller Williams MAPS program. My goal every day is to serve consumers in their real estate need at the level that they want and I expect from my team.
