I was exposed to real estate at a very early age constructing new homes with my father. With that experience, I gained extensive knowledge in the nuts and bolts of building a home from the ground up. From then on I have been involved in real estate in some shape or form. I worked for Allstate Insurance in the Property Services division as a risk assessor inspecting homes. After spending 15 years with Allstate, I decided to take another direction and obtained all course work to become an appraiser. During that time, I received a job offer from a large residential investor buying and selling homes in several markets so I went in that direction. Through that work, I learned how to do real estate investments from A-Z. After managing hundreds of projects, valuating thousands of homes in several markets, including the Hampton Roads, NOVA, MD and DC areas, etc. for 8 years, I took a great opportunity to work with Leo Pareja and the #1 Keller Williams Team in the nation. I obtained my real estate license in March of 2010 and brought with me my experience in project management and real estate investment to help grow the Hampton Roads market.
