Anne Marie has an extensive background in marketing and promotion and has been in the Long Beach/ South Bay real estate industry since 2003. She is proud that she successfully grown a business built primarily on referrals of past clients, friends and business associates.
Always a leader, Anne Marie has been on the forefront in working in this distressed market, educating and assisting clients who need to sell and guiding buyers who want to purchase under such conditions. To further serve her clients, Anne Marie recently earned her designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
As natural living is also a passion of hers (in fact, she is a certified Bradley Method natural childbirth instructor), she has become a Certified Green Real Estate Professional (CG-REP), helping homeowners save money and have healthier living environments.

Her background in sales and marketing began early. After graduating from UCLA with a BA in English/ American Studies and a minor in Communications and Film, she moved to New York City where she began an almost 20-year career in the music industry. She founded and ran Amp Marketing & Promotion, a very successful and highly regarded marketing company that specialized in radio promotion, where her company attained airplay for many major artists' music.
In 2002, Anne Marie said goodbye to NYC and moved back to Southern California to start a family, settling in Long Beach’s Belmont Heights neighborhood. With a new daughter and lifestyle, she chose to begin a new career as well.
It didn’t take long for Anne Marie to become adept in real estate sales. She earned the Rising Star award early on in her career, which recognizes the agent with the greatest gain in business from one year to the next. Subsequently, she was nominated several years by her peers for Realtor of the Year, in recognition of being an agent who, among other traits, displays superior sales and listing expertise, and who is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, initiative and follow through.
Helping people buy and sell homes has proven to be the perfect fit for Reggie, allowing her to be involved in and feel connected with her community, plus use her marketing abilities to maximize exposure and thereby net gain on her clients' listings, and to match the right person with the right property.
