Paul De La Torre

As a third generation Tampa native Paul brings a vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and growth it has seen over the last several years. Having started his sales career in a family business over 25 years ago one thing has remained true....his love for working with people.

After a long career in retail sales Paul had the opportunity to expand his sales exposure by a successful run in the Telecom and Information Technology arenas. He was Director of Telecom Sales for a large local Data Services Provider before becoming Vice President of Sales for a high end Managed Services/IT firm. Headquartered in Tampa he was not only responsible for direct sales but in developing partnerships with large companies such as Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft, Verizon, and many others.

Acting on a long time dream he decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Paul joined ERA The Polo Group where he was the Top Residential Sales Associate for 2008 and 2009. In December 2008 he came to Keller Williams through a merger with The Polo Group. He is currently a preferred Realtor for a number of Credit Unions across the county helping both Buyers and Sellers. A Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) he works as a Foreclosure Specialist and Short Sale Specialist for one of the largest Credit Unions in Tampa advising not only their members but the Credit Union as well. On numerous occasions he has been featured in the Business section of the Tampa Tribune speaking on the local Real Estate market.

Paul’s number one drive for success is his wife Heather and their two children.
