Sylvia Patterson

Sylvia London-Patterson has worked in the real estate development, surveying and the civil engineering industry in the Atlanta area for over 30 years and has over 20 years of experience as a Project Manager and Civil Site Design Engineer. She has also been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia since 1981. Sylvia has extensive experience in grading, erosion control, hydrology and hydraulics associated with storm water, domestic water and wastewater transmissions. Sylvia is also an excellent land planner with design experience in municipal, institutional commercial, mixed use and residential land use.
Sylvia is responsible for project management and civil site design engineering including leading the design team to coordinate project design, plan preparation, scheduling, submittals, coordination with municipalities and government officials for plan approval and permitting. Sylvia has a reputation for producing a cost effective design without losing sight of the client’s objective. She strives to provide the best engineering support services as it relates to the team architects and contractors to provide a seamless engineering design process and effective construction administration from project inception to completion.
