Steve Russell joined Keller Williams Realty in June of 2009. Prior to Steve joining Keller Williams, he spent more than a decade as a broadcast journalist, covering national and local news in event in media markets across the country. Steve's broadcasting experience goes back to 1994, when he was the weekend sports anchor in Rapid City, S.D. From there, Steve moved east WMAZ-TV in Macon, Georgia as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. After spending four years in Macon, followed by another four years in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where won numerous broadcasting awards, Steve spent his final two years in television as a morning reporter for the CNN affiliate in Tampa, Florida.
> Steve, originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, has given back to the community within the cities he has lived and worked. While he was in Macon, Steve was the spokesperson and a member of the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes. In Green Bay, he volunteered in a local elementary school as a tutor for high-risk students in both reading and writing.
