I have lived in Milford, Delaware for the past 48 years. As a child I spent every summer at a beach home in Rehoboth or a nearby beach community. As a young boy, I became familiar with most of the homes in the beach area while delivering newspapers from my bicycle.
I hold a Bachelors Degree in Business from Old Dominion University in Norfolk VA as well as additional course work at Delaware Technical College. After many years in the computer field, I became a Realtor in 1989. After a few years I returned to the computer industry where I stayed until 2003.
During my later years in the computer field, I found myself spending most of my free time visiting model homes and new housing developments. Whether I was traveling the eastern seaboard or riding my bike on the familiar roads of Sussex County, I was always looking at and for the perfect property.
When I returned to my career as a Realtor in 2005, I was truly following my dream.
During my first year in 2005 I received 3 rookie of the month awards for outstanding service.
As a Realtor I enjoy helping people find the home of their dreams. I am especially pleased to work with those who need disability specific accommodations.
I have a condo on the Indian River Bay, where I enjoy boating, crabbing, bicycling, and golfing. I can often be found sitting poolside or dockside at the gazebo enjoying the fabulous water view.
