Before becoming a Realtor is 1976 I taught in the English Department in 3 different high schools - Gadsden, Leeds and Opelika, AL. Our family moved to Montgomery in 1978 where our children and grandchildren still live. Being a Grans and Pops is great! I received the 2012 Alabama Association of Realtors State Realtor of the Year, and I was the president of the Alabama Association of Realtors in 2003, the president of the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors in 1997, WCR Governor for Alabama in 1995 and WCR State President in 1994. I sm a Life Member of National Association of Realtors ARPAC, have served as the Alabama Association of Realtors ARPAC Trustees chair, and Leadership AAR Trustees chair. I have chaired the Alabama Association of Realtors Disaster Relief Board of Directors since 2004 and I chair the Ira Gribin Task Force which is concentrating on Employer-Assisted housing for Alabamians.
I hold the following designations - Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Sepecialist,Certified New Home Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist and e-Pro Designation
