Bill Roark has been in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Management and Leasing Industry since 1970, when he became affiliated with Baldwin-Harris, a Dallas, Texas real estate development company. In 1975, he opened Tri-State Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate company and in 2009 merged with Keller Williams to form a Keller Williams Commercial Division. In 1979 he served as President of the local Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors and as Director of the Louisiana Realtors Association. His experience includes site acquisitions, retail and office leases, tax-free exchanges, multiple property purchases and property management. He is the managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate Division for Keller Williams Parishwide Partners.
