Jim has been Licensed and actively involved in the Real Estate Profession since 1974. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broke and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor. He has enjoyed success in Residential and Commercial Sales, Sales Management and Training. Jim has conducted over 700 Courses with over 15,000 Students in attendance through his prior association with Century 21 and The University of South Florida. A Graduate of Florida State University, Jim also has been awarded the following Real Estate Designations and Certifications: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), AHWD (At Home with Diversity Certification) and e-PRO (Certified Internet, Technology Professional).
