Two days after graduating from Nelson County High School (Class of 95’), I was standing sternly at attention and contemplating the unique life of a Marine in Parris Island, S.C.! Then, three months later I proudly completed Marine Corps Boot Camp as a Platoon Honor Guide. This award enabled me to proceed into the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves 4th Mar. Division. The reserves allowed me to continue my education full time at Piedmont Virginia Community College. Once I had received my AA degree I transferred to Virginia Tech where I was able to finish my College studies in Business Administration.
My thrilling and life-altering career in Real Estate began with my position at New Home Sales in Debary FL(Nicholson Homes). This job paved the way for another more prestigious realtor position with Arvida Real Estate(now Coldwell Banker) in Oviedo, FL. Residential Real Estate provided crucial training in learning how to “Farm” a subdivision and concentrate on a particular area, while enabling me with the skills needed to work with new people and effectively take on every “FSBO” in the neighborhood. My enriching experience continued until I received an even more rewarding offer for a New Home Sales position with Ashland Homes in Windermere Florida. Although, the money was excellent in New Home Sales I found that I was still searching for a more captivating position. As a result, six months later I found myself strolling into Keller Williams Advantage Realty. This has given me the opportunity to deal with a wider array of people, in many different situations.
I am up-to-date with my Real Estate License and I always look forward to learning new systems and working to be the top relocation Agent in Orlando!
