Tavis Westbrook

Tavis Westbrook joined Keller Willimas in April, 2009; utilizing the unique opportunity to merge his independent Real Estate Company, Westbrook Brokerage Firm, LLC with the Dallas Preston Road Market Center. After attending one of Keller Williams' yearly conventions "Mega Camp" in late 2009, Tavis directed his focus to growing a niche market in DFW toward Investment Real Estate. Westbrook Brokerage Firm soon developed into a "Turn Key" investment platform where investors were able to receive a competitive ROI using the find, fix, and sell strategy; also known as "flipping". Having a strong passion for residential real estate and design, Tavis simultaneously started a contruction management division of Westbrook Brokerage in order to control the investment and grow the company into what it is today!


Today, Tavis has facilitated over 80 "flips" since 2010 and his goal is to complete an additioanl 24 in 2013! Tavis enjoys sharing his knowledge of the business with others and helps to grow the investment and renovation markeet in the Dallas area! He believes that by focusing on his clients' needs and ideas, he is able to establish a "WIN WIN" foundation in which to serve his clients for life!


Prior to selling real estate, Tavis found his way into the Telecom industry after high school working through various fields of engineering for MCI WorldCom. After 6 year, he soon realized that his entrepreneurial spirit was leading him in a new direction. Tavis turned to real estate in August 2004 and began as a full time agent for a small firm located in Anna, TX. In just 2 years, he decided to obtain his Broker license and established Westbrook Brokerage Firm, LLC in September of 2006. Three years later, Tavis was looking to grow once again and to surround himself with other successful people and found his home at Dallas Preston Road.


Tavis is married to his wife, Tabatha and is the proud father of two boys, Anthony and Landon. He has a huge family, being the third out of eight children; and his wife being the oldest of seven girls. His hobbies include spending time with his family, boating, traveling and riding his Harley Davidson!
