I have been a resident of The Woodlands and its surrounding areas for nearly 30 years and have been fortunate enough to watch it grow into a thriving, beautiful community that is admired by many. I truly enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for the community in which my husband and I are raising our two children and you will find that I have a wealth of knowledge about area neighborhoods, schools, and activities.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, I spent nearly 10 years in various Marketing roles as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, Project Director, and Product Marketing Manager. This professional experience provides me the ability to market your property effectively in order to appeal to your specific target buyer market as well as the ability to interpret data as it applies to real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and home pricing.
When it comes to either buying or selling a home, you need an experienced negotiator on your side. I previously spent 5 years negotiating injury claims which enables me to negotiate the best possible price and terms for the sale or purchase of your home. On a personal note, I am also an active real estate investor so if you are looking for rental properties or decide to lease your home, I have personal experience in purchasing rental properties, managing rental properties, working directly with tenants and executing lease contracts. I have also recently gone through the entire home building process which entailed purchasing land, working with an architect to design my home, and selecting and working with a custom home builder. So if you are seeking new construction, I have been intimately involved in the process from beginning to end and can offer a vast array of insight, advice and opinions!
