Todd has not only been a realtor for several years, but has worked in the home industry since receiving a Construction Management degree over twenty years ago. Having spent the first part of his career as an estimator for a semi-custom home builder and later years as owner and president of his own remodeling firm, he has a unique perspective as a realtor. In his first years in the business, he was already winning awards, and he continues to excel in the areas of personal service, knowledge and expertise in all types of construction as well as knowledge of the regions and
neighborhoods in Chicago and the Western Suburbs. Todd has advanced training and experience working with real estate investors, relocations, and short sale transactions., and holds an SSR designation. He completed the KW Bold program in November '09, and is currently part of the Legacy profit-sharing program.
From his years of building and remodeling all types of homes, Todd is uniquely able to assess the value of a home and its amenities. He quickly recognizes the value of materials in a home as well as the quality of workmanship, and can recommend any upgrades that will add value to the home.
Todd helps his sellers see their homes through the eyes of a buyer, and make informed decisions about how they want to present and price their home. He helps his buyers understand not only the true value of the homes they are considering, but have an idea of what it will cost to make it perfect for them before they buy. Through not only living in the Chicago area for over twenty years himself but also through working with clients and investors throughout the area, Todd has gained an in-depth understanding of the towns and neighborhoods. Todd takes his relationship with his clients very seriously, because it is his desire not to just sell homes, but build life-long partnerships. It is important to him to remain accessible to his clients and guide them through the entire buying/selling process. He loves what he does, and it shows in his commitment!
