Ben Lang has rapidly become one of the top producing agents in Oakland and Macomb counties, and it's little wonder why. With relentless enthusiasm and ten years' experience in sales, consulting and marketing, Ben has the resources and knowledge to help every client exceed their goals. Ben utilizes a medley of innovative marketing methods, superior client relationships and negotiating finesse to achieve his client's objectives. He also has a knack for selling residential properties efficiently and finding dream homes.
Ben has trained in several specialty areas to ensure that he can effectively assist clients with buying and selling their homes. He has achieved designations as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®). He is also an Associate Broker and oversees the Keller Williams Troy Market Center education program, providing leadership and curriculum to over 100 agents.

He earned Top Individual Closer in 2011 from his office with over 100 competing agents, and has become a "Top Producer" for the Michigan & Northern Ohio region in 2009, 2010 and 2012. Ben Lang knows that success is best achieved as a team. He employs a full-time marketing coordinator and client care manager to ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve. His team also consists of a full-time buyer's agent who reaches out to prospective buyers on a daily basis, actively pursuing leads for our sellers.
Dedicated to his community, Ben Lang oversaw the KW Cares public charity in 2009 and 2010, providing families with emergency financial assistance. He is also a proud supporter of the Rochester Hills Humane Society and supports numerous other organizations in the area. Outside of the office, Ben spends his days with his wife and business partner, Stephanie Lang, their beautiful daughter Makenzie and their three crazy dogs.
