Kara Moll is a life-long resident of Chicago’s Southern Suburbs, and for the past nine years has been a resident of Frankfort. Kara graduated from North Park University in Chicago with a B.A. in Business Administration and minors in Economics, Accounting and Art in addition to attending the prestigious Prochnow Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Prior to taking on real estate as a profession, Kara actively invested in real estate for over 20 years in addition to developing marketing programs for such high-profile clients as Proctor & Gamble, Sears, Levi’s, Hugo Boss Fragrances, and Bacardi. As a full-time professional agent, Kara also holds the certifications of Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), e-PRO Internet Marketing Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation.
Before joining KW, Kara was with RE/MAX and was coached by the largest real estate coaching company in the world, Buffini and Company, and was named a Buffini Peak Performer – a designation given to less than 100 agents annually – for exemplifying best practices in career growth and achievement.
In late 2008, Kara and her now business partner, Donna Wirta made the decision to form a team. Through their research in to how to best form and grow a team, Kara was reminded of a book that she read when she had first gotten into the business: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. This led to the ladies further exploring the “neighboring” Keller Williams office, and in February 2009, the Peak Performance Team at Keller Williams Preferred Realty was born! The ladies continue to use the Red Book as their business model, and are currently Third Level agents.
Since joining KW, Kara continues to lead a MEGA agent team and is consistently one of the office leaders with regard to production. Kara is a member of the 2011 ALC and chairs the Growth Committee, in addition to being the Regional ALC Rep. She’s currently a Mastery Coaching client, a graduate of Buyer Mastery, Seller Mastery, BOLD, Dianna Kokoszka’s Language of Sales and is currently honing her skills as a listing agent through the MAPS Mega Listing Skills program. In addition to participating in Camp 4:4:3 when she joined KWPR, Kara was recently asked to participate in the KW Mastermind Group that is updating this very class.
Kara and the Peak Performance Team are well versed in all types of sales – from distressed short sales and REOs to Luxury homes – and everything in between.
Outside of the office, Kara is active in community and networking events, and participates weekly in her BNI networking group which she helped to found. She likes to golf, and loves all things Disney – in fact, she hopes to work for Disney in some capacity when she “retires” from real estate. Kara also loves to spend time with her family: husband Mark Kuntz a mortgage broker and real estate investor, and their daughter Kourtney, who is currently studying Visual Communications at Fashion institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.
