First, let me start by saying, I am one of the lucky individuals who find themselves doing what they love! My unique set of experiences has put me in a position to excel as a Realtor. To say that I was lucky would be to put it lightly; through integrity, experience and hard work I have found the perfect opportunity for myself, my family, and my clients. I help people make the West Side the smart place to live! The various aspects of my education and work experiences have helped me to become a smart real estate agent:
1. Initially, as an undergraduate in Interior Architecture, I learned to love the art of making a space a home. When I go into the client’s home for the first time, I immediately evaluate the space and start to see how the prospective buyers will appreciate the possibilities that each space has to offer them. A smart appraisal is the essence of marketing a successful sales campaign; matching the individual to the unique space that will best meet their individual values and needs.
2. Then, I gained directorial expertise while earning a graduate degree in New Media Design. This experience taught me to be a savvy marketer, an attentive facilitator, and an inventive entrepreneur. It is extremely important that every home seller have a smart advocate that can negotiate for the betterment of everyone involved with the sale. These talents allow me to show buyers why unique properties match their specific desires.
3. Finally, having spent over half a decade as a developer and a project coordinator on the West Side it seemed only natural to take the next step and start selling the real estate that I had been constructing. Clients appreciate what I offer: my experience, a love and understanding of architecture (both interior and exterior,) and the ability to persuade others to see the values properties offer them.
My ultimate goal is to allow the client to rest assured that they are going to get the most value from the sale and can relax and enjoy the opportunities that selling their house will afford. Working hard and smart helped me achieve the honor of the Rookie of the Year Award when I started selling smart homes for Keller Williams. Smart marketing continues to make me a leader in my field.
Speaking of homes, the West Side is my home and I love it! Not only do I sell property here, this is where I call home. My clients can rest assured that I am not just here during the workday. It is where my husband and I raise our son, where he will go to school, and where we find comfort and promise. Santa Monica is my home and I understand the joy and quality that this area affords its residents. For all of my smarts the greatest asset that I offer my clients is the love and understanding I have for the West Side and its residents.
