My name is Bethanne Baer and I work for Keller Williams Realty At The Parks.
I have been an active REALTOR for 21 years and am one of the top producer in my office, and have been for 8 years in a row. I sell about 63 homes per year, with an average marketing time of 90-120 days. I have processed and closed over 48 short sales as of the end of October, 2010.
