Craig Dierksheide has been selling Real Estate in the Myrtle Beach, SC area since September of 2004. He started his career with Coldwell Banker Chicora and concentrated his efforts on the Commercial side of the business and specialized in Land Sales becoming known as the “Grand Strand Land Man.” He was responsible for millions of dollars in transactions.
With the changing market in order to continue to build his brand, a former associate asked him to take a look at the Keller Williams model. He joined Keller Williams MBS in June of 2008 and has been there ever since.
Craig has continued to evolve in his career and has concentrated over the past year with helping individuals, banks, servicers, and institutions with their distressed properties, both Commercial and Residential. Craig is working with all levels of the distressed market from REO (Bank owned), Short Sales, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure. Because of the changing market and the overwhelming number of distressed property owners Craig has rebranded himself as the “Grand Strand Real Estate Man.” Craig has received multiple designations including his e-pro, ABR, ASD and continues his education with personal coaching. People are very confused about the current market, and Craig enjoys helping people figure out how to best deal with their individual challenges and has found the current market very rewarding .
