Kevin Richter specializes in helping his clients get absolute top dollar for their house in the timeframe that works for them by excelling in the key areas that make the difference in a successful sale. That includes effective marketing strategies, advanced negotiation skills, and problem prevention. His clients particularly value his communication and accountability focus. Kevin's primary goal is to help his clients find that one buyer on planet earth who loves his client’s house more than anyone else, and is willing to pay top dollar for it. His main focus is to provide such top-notch service with each client that he becomes their real estate consultant for life.
In additional to assisting traditional sellers, Kevin has been through Keller Williams' Short Sale Master Course. In addition, Kevin holds six short sale designations: Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Distressed Property Designation (CDPD), Luxury Distressed Property Designation (LDPD), Accredited Short Sale Designation (ASD), and Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS).
