His main focus is to provide such top-notch service with each client that he becomes their real estate consultant for life.
In additional to assisting traditional sellers, Kevin has been through Keller Williams' Short Sale Master Course. In addition, Kevin holds six short sale designations: Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Distressed Property Designation (CDPD), Luxury Distressed Property Designation (LDPD), Accredited Short Sale Designation (ASD), and Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS). His specialized training ensures that even sellers who are upside down in their mortgage or losing their home have alternatives to creditor judgments, poor credit, and foreclosure.
Kevin was the 2010 Productivity Chairman for the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), and is currently the 2011 Technology Chairman. He is the 2010 Regional Spirit Award winner for the KW Utah Region, as well as receiver of the 2010 Professional Achievement Award. In addition, he is a regular attendee at Mega Agent Camp and Family Reunion, as well as many regional training events.
Kevin lives in South Ogden with his wife Cheryl, and three kids, Thomas, Zachary, and Chloe. He enjoys the many activities that living in Northern Utah offers including snowboarding, rock climbing and hiking. He also volunteers in the community with his children's school, church, KW Cares and Utah HopeKids.
