Linda has had a lifelong interest in real estate and interior design, growing up in a family that was involved in real estate, including apartment, office and retail properties, and residential development. Over the years she has purchased and remodeled homes for resale, and managed major renovations of her own residences.
Prior to entering real estate sales, Linda was a business and technology consultant to many of the largest banks and mortgage companies in the U.S. and internationally. In 2002, when Linda decided to go into real estate sales, she was based in Bangkok, Thailand, where she did consulting and program management for almost three years with Accenture in Asia and Australia.
Earlier in her career, Linda ran several technology businesses in banking and mortgage. In the early 1980s, she led the introduction of personal computing into the 12th largest U.S. bank. Subsequently, she founded a banking software company, raised venture capital and marketed lending solutions to the top 50 U.S. banks. After her software company was sold, she developed an outsourcing services business for the banking industry, she managed a mortgage origination software business, and she launched a multi-lender multi-broker mortgage origination Internet service.
“The Internet and the empowerment of the consumer are permanently changing the mortgage industry and the real estate industry,” says Linda. “I use my knowledge of technology as well as my experience in real estate and mortgage banking to assist my clients as fully as possible in reaching their real estate goals.”
Linda’s knowledge of her marketplace and her background in real estate, business, consulting, mortgage, and project management enable her to excel in managing the entire end-to-end real estate transaction for her clients. “I work hard for my clients,” says Linda, “to satisfy their objectives and make the process of buying and selling a home as rewarding as possible!”
In addition to being a Realtor, Linda is involved in the family remodeling business and is also a principal in House Sitting And More, LLC, which provides services to care for people’s homes, pets and personal belongings when they are away.
Linda is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a master’s degree in Computer Science from S.M.U., plus additional work towards an M.B.A. A Dallas resident for 40 years, Linda has lived in the Dallas area, including East Dallas, University Park, North Dallas, and Preston Hollow. As a Realtor, Linda works primarily in all neighborhoods of north Dallas, and in the surrounding towns adjacent to Dallas.
