In order to maintain my success I must do an outstanding job for every one of my clients. That is how I continue to earn their business and that of their friends and family.”
This quote embodies the professional philosophy of Lee Ziff. His level of determination, dedication and professionalism are as high for a sale of $500,000 condominium as they are for an estate property worth more than $5,000,000.
Lee’s referral based business takes him to every neighborhood and price range on the Westside. His depth of knowledge over a wide area is unsurpassed in the business. Since 1996 he has completed over 350 successful transactions in areas ranging from Los Feliz to Santa Monica including Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Westwood, BHPO, West Los Angeles, Culver City, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Bel Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and many other neighborhoods. The common denominator in these transactions were clients referred to Lee by others who had benefited from his expertise. Colleagues frequently ask him for his assistance in helping them price properties.
As a former business owner Lee brings a professional, business like, approach to selling real estate. “The secret to successful selling is that there is no secret; just a lot of diligent professional work. You have to be accessible to clients and buyers. You have to be knowledgeable and you have to be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.”
Before joining Keller Williams, Lee was a top agent with Coldwell Banker’s flagship office in Beverly Hills where he was voted Agent of the Year, served on the advisory board to the company’s President and received both regional and national honors. He has been sought by both his former company and by Keller Williams to appear on panels at their regional and national conferences.
Lee is a native of the Westside and a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. A competitive bicyclist (former member US National Team) and former member of Berkeley’s national class Crew (rowing) team, Lee brings his competitive enthusiasm to his real estate career. He supports many charities and causes including Vista Del Mar Children’s Services, StandWithUs and Diabetes Association and he serves on the Board of Directors of his synagogue, congregation Beth Israel. He and his wife Linda have been married since 1987 and are devoted to raising their two children, Sequoia and Mac.
