A native Omahan, married to a reading specialist with the Omaha Public Schools (I met her when she came into an open house I was holding..who says we don't have a fringe benefit package as real estate agents!)
A degree in finance, with specialization in banking and real estate from the University of Nebraska preceded my short employment in banking. I quickly learned the reality that the banking industry is quick to give employees a title, but your entire career can be spent making a minimal wage. So, entrance into the world of real estate sales came in 1977.
I have been envolved with the CRS program on a state and national level, and hold my SRES designation as well.
