Eileen Lanza is a Top Producer with our office. She is a seasoned, full-time Realtor of more than 8 years, helping buyers and sellers negotiate transactions all over Los Angeles. She is also a Real Estate investor. She and her husband own several properties across the US and recognize the importance of home-ownership. Eileen is keenly aware of how stressful the process of buying and selling can be - particularly for first-time buyers. She employs her vast marketing and negotiating expertise to accomplish her mission - to help you make your transaction as simple as possible. Originally from outside of New York City, Eileen moved to Los Angeles a decade ago and lives in Hancock Park with her husband and 2 daughters. She is a very active member of the community and currently serves as the Los Angeles Representative for the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council. She also mentors several new agents in her office. She was voted KW Larchmont's Cultural Icon 2009 and 2010. She is currently serving as President of her Church's Mother's Ministry serving food to the homeless, visiting elderly and helping families in need in LA.
