With a BA in Public Relations and 10+ years experience in Market Research and Customer Loyalty, I have the information and expertise it will take to market your home to a qualified buyer, effectively negotiate on your behalf and take care of all the details, while you relax.

When identifying a strategy to sell your home, I will use my expertise in market research and advertising to identify the best strategy to effectively present your home to the marketplace.
My geographical area of expertise is King County but if you are outside of the area I have a network of qualified agent partners to consult with on your behalf or to assist you directly.
My clients have access to me, 24-hours-a-day if necessary, via my cel phone and/or email. You can expect a prompt response to your requests and in addition, I schedule 30-minute weekly update appointments with you to keep you abreast of what is going on with your home and to answer any questions you might have.
