Darlene obtained her real estate license in 1997 and worked with general contractors in new construction home building for 6 years. Most homes were built in Lake Holiday, Lake of the Woods and Palmer Lake; all were affordable new construction homes. She understands the new construction process and how valuable time, organization and attention to detail can be. Darlene has become a respected and know Real Estate professional in the Puget Sound area.
Stephanie obtained her real estate license in 2005. She worked as an assistant to Ed Aro Realty and Nordstrom. Stephanie understands the importance of customer service and sales. Creativity is also something that adds value to the team. Stephanie has created logos, websites, ads and marketing/branding for agents and business owners in the Gig Harbor and Tacoma areas. Combined her experience in service, sales, marketing and advertising create an edge against the competition.
