As a licensed real estate agent for 10+ years, I have seen the real estate market in different stages and a couple different locations. When I received my license in 1999, I lived and worked in the Midland-Odessa area where I was an active part of the real estate community and earned the Rookie REALTOR® Award my first year. I have lived in McKinney for 8 years where my family and I love the small town feel, the varying terrain as well as our great friends and neighbors. I am a full-time REALTOR® with the coveted GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification serving Collin County and the surrounding areas.
