Michael T. Martino "Your Real Estate Resource" - You can say that I grew up with Real Estate in my blood. My Mother was an Agent and Broker in Florida. She was my early inspiration in the Real Estate industry. My Father concentrated his efforts on the building and construction side of the business and also had a license to practice Real Estate. After earning my Business degree I worked with two Fortune 500 insurance companies, choosing Loss Prevention and Engineering as my specialty. In that role I evaluated commercial properties for their value/insurability, as well as assessing fire and public safety issues.

In the early 90s I made the career move to Real Estate. I worked with both Northside and RE/MAX Realty prior to joining Keller Williams in 2001. I am now an Owner/Partner and Charter Member of our office, Keller Williams Perimeter North. Keller Williams unique philosophy and customer focus completely matched my vision and the way I do business. When not assisting clients with achieving their goals, whether it is purchasing homes, marketing homes, obtaining rental properties, or answering real estate oriented questions, you will find me enjoying family time with my wife and two sons, working on my rental properties, or enjoying a quick ride on my favorite toy a Harley Davidson Fatboy.

Deb's attention is directed in refining our systems, communications, quality control and customer focus assuring our clients have their best move ever. Deb has twenty years of high-level customer service experience. Her background includes roles as a manager in a national customer service technical center and a corporate training manager responsible for developing customer service standards as well as technical and customer focus training programs. Deb has a very strong understanding of how our business is run and where we are going. This background coupled with her high-energy enthusiasm, great sense of humor and a passion for stellar service has made her a valuable addition to our team.


Mary Barstow "Closing Coordinator"
Mary orchestrates our real estate closings. She brings impeccable organizational and people skills to every client transaction. Mary coordinates and schedules the closing process while working with all parties of our contracts to ensure that our clients' home closings are both flawless and headache-free.

Once a home is under contract, she becomes the central contact point between our clients, the lenders, vendors (such as termite inspection companies), other agents involved in the transaction, the closing attorneys, and the rest of our team. Her meticulous attention to detail, real estate industry experience and superior tracking systems ensure attention to time-sensitive details and schedules.

Residential properties ($150,000 - $2 Million) throughout the North Metro (N.Fulton, E.Cobb, S.Forsyth, Gwinnett and S.Forsyth counties).
